Privacy policy
What information we collect, what we use it for, and who we share it with.
Effective August 3, 2026 · Bloopi LLC, Bronx, New York
Who we are
TrueUp Credit is a trade name of Bloopi LLC, a New York limited liability company. Where this policy says we, it means Bloopi LLC. Where it says you, it means anyone who visits this site or gives us their information.
What we collect, and how
1. When you ask us to contact you
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, mobile number, email address, and a free-text description of your credit situation. We use it to reply to you and to schedule with you. If you check the consent box, we also use it to send you emails and text messages about your case and about the service.
2. When you sign up as a client
The signup form asks for the information the law and the bureaus require in order to work a file: full name, date of birth, Social Security number, current and billing address, phone, and email. Inside your portal you are also asked for a photo ID, your Social Security card, and a proof of address. Without those documents the bureaus will not process a dispute.
3. Your credit monitoring login
If you type your monitoring service username and password into the wizard, that information is stored only in the browser on your own device, so it can be shown to you with a copy button when you reach the signup form. It is not sent to any server of ours and we do not see it there. It is erased when you clear your browser data.
For that reason: do not use that feature on a shared or public computer. Anyone using that same browser afterwards could see it.
4. What the site stores on its own
This site uses no cookies of its own and no analytics tools. It only stores in your browser the language you chose, so it does not ask again, and a session flag so the contact notice is not repeated. The forms are hosted by our case-management provider and include Google reCAPTCHA against spam, which may set its own cookies.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone so they can advertise to you. We share it only with those needed to provide the service:
- Our case-management provider (DisputeFox), which hosts the forms, your file, your documents, your portal, and the sending of emails and text messages.
- Our scheduling system (MeetFox), if you book a video call.
- The credit bureaus and creditors, once you are a client and you authorize us in writing to dispute on your behalf. Only what that dispute requires is sent.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which serves this site.
- Authorities, where a law or a court order requires it.
You contract and pay for the credit monitoring service yourself, in your own name. That money does not pass through us and that account is yours.
Text messages and emails
We only send you text messages if you checked the consent box. Frequency depends on your case. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving them, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Giving consent is not a condition of purchasing the service, and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their marketing. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in each email.
How long we keep it
We keep your file while you are a client and for as long as the law afterwards requires us to keep it. If you wrote to us but never enrolled, we delete your contact information on request.
How we protect it
The site is encrypted with HTTPS. Your file and your documents live inside our provider's portal, protected by a username and password. Access is limited to whoever works your case. No system is infallible, and if a breach affecting your personal information occurred, we would notify you as New York State law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it once we no longer need to keep it, or ask us to stop messaging you. If you are a client, the fastest way is to write to us from your portal. If you are not one yet, you can book a call and ask us there.
Minors
This service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor gave us their information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we update the date above. If the change is significant, we will tell you through whatever means we have to reach you.
