Terms of use

The rules for this website. The service contract is a separate document, signed separately.

Effective August 3, 2026 · Bloopi LLC, Bronx, New York

What this site is

This site belongs to Bloopi LLC, operating under the trade name TrueUp Credit. It exists to explain the service, to let you ask us to contact you, and to schedule. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use it.

This is not advice

What is published here is informational. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. The figures on the page are market data published by third parties, used to illustrate why a credit report matters, and they are not a promise of what will happen in your case.

We do not promise results

We do not guarantee specific results, a number of points, or a date. The decision to correct or delete an entry belongs to the credit bureau and the creditor, not to us. What we do stand behind is the work: which accounts are worked, with which document, and with which argument.

The service contract is separate

Nothing on this page is a contract. The client relationship begins when you sign, inside your portal, the services contract and the corresponding authorization. Before you sign, you receive in writing the statement of your rights and the notice of cancellation. If anything on this page and anything in the contract conflict, the contract governs.

What is expected of you

Third-party forms and services

The forms and the client portal are hosted by outside providers, and so is the video-call scheduler. When you type into them, your information goes directly to that provider. Each has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and we do not control their systems.

The app you will use to follow your case is called Credit Tracker in the app stores. That is the portal provider's name, not ours: this is normal and not a mistake.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites where needed. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, or their practices. What you contract with them, you contract with them.

Trademarks and content

The TrueUp Credit name, the logo, and the text and graphics on this site are ours. You may read them and share the link; you may not copy them for use in another business. The photographs come from stock libraries licensed for commercial use.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

This takes no rights away from you. Nothing in this section limits the rights that federal law and New York State law give you in dealing with a credit repair organization. Those rights cannot be waived, and you are not being asked to waive them here.

Accessibility

We want this site to be usable with a screen reader and by keyboard alone, and we work to bring it closer to the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines. Some parts are hosted by outside providers and we do not control their code. If you run into a barrier, tell us and we will fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above says when we last did.
